Vikramjeet Singh an Indo Tibetan border police is all set to perform in Rising Star live singing reality show. Till now we have seen many performer in live singing reality show from all part of India, But this time we are going to witness the performance by ITBP man who protects 3488 Kms of Indo – China border at 21000 Ft and at -40° C Temperature.
Because of its unique format this show is getting more TRP as per Data Released by BARC India in compare to other singing show. This singing Reality show is a Live show, where Contestants from every part of India can give Audition and their selection depends on the Indian viewers vote as well as vote from Experts of the show. They will be shortlisted once they get minimum 70% of Vote from the viewers.

In the wake of the Sino-Indian War of 1962 The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) raised on 24 October 1962 under the CRPF Act. The ITBP is one of the five Central Armed Police Forces of India. The ITBP was intended for deployment along India’s border with China’s Tibet Autonomous Region.
The motto of the ITBP, Shaurya, dridata, karm nishtha (Valour, determination, devotion to duty) has always inspired its men in accepting challenges to bring glory to the nation and honour to the force. In the course of active duties, the force has earned a number of Civil and Service honours, and decorations
The ITBP is trained in Civil Medical Camp, disaster management, and nuclear, biological and chemical disasters. ITBP personnel have been deployed abroad in UN peacekeeping missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Haiti, Western Sahara, Sudan, Afghanistan and elsewhere. Two battalions of ITBP are deputed to National Disaster Response Force.
