Rising Star, India’s first live show of  talent has revolutionise the television viewing experience. The program format lets viewers vote for contestants via mobile apps. This is the new way of voting which will make your TV viewing experience much more interesting.

Viewers sitting at home can vote during each performance of this show.  Here audience will act as fourth judge of this reality show with other experts. The audience at home is able to decide in real time whether or not a contestant is sent through to the next round by using a mobile voting app.

Rising Star Season 2 Judges:

This time too, along with Crores of viewer as 4th judge Maestro Shankar Mahadevan, Diljit Dosanjh and Monali Thakur will be the expert judges of this reality show.

Rising Star reality show features a cast of celebrity experts and considers the viewers at home the judges. During each performance, the audience at home is able to decide in real time whether or not a contestant is sent through to the next round by using a mobile voting app. While the viewers at home are considered the judges, the expert panelists also may influence the vote but with only a small percentage of the total voting power. For e.g. – if the total voting power is 100% the judges may hold approximately 25%, thereby by giving the power to the people.
