P.O.W.-Bandi Yuddh Ke Got a unique plot

Two soldiers – Naib Subedar Sartaj Singh (Purab Kohli) and Squadron Leader Imaan Khan (Satyadeep Mishra) – go missing after the 1999 Kargil War. But 17 years later, they manage to escape from a Pakistani jail and return to their families in India.

The story starts, with two families of the missing soldiers.It shows what happens when missing soldiers return to their home and  a suspicious government agents try to find the truth about  these soldiers who think they are hiding some secret.

It can be seen  how in these 17 years these 2 soldiers family has changed .Since they have been away for long, Imaan’s wife, Nazneen Khan (Sandhya Mridul) is trying to move on with her life and after much insistence from her two grown-up children agrees to marry Imaan’s brother, Salim. Salim had always nursed a deep affection for Nazneen, which only grew after Imaan went missing.

Whereas, Sartaj Singh’s wife, Harleen (Amrita Puri), who belongs to a typical middle-class family pursues her dream of being a commerce graduate, and become  a helping hand to her father-in-law’s business, while still longing for her husband who had immediately left for war right after their marriage.

P.O.W.-Bandi Yuddh Ke is Breaking the stereotypes of Indian Television and is surely going to set new standards.Not only a engaging story but, Its star cast is also a positive point for this show.

Film director Nikkhil Advani’s TV series,P.O.W.-Bandi Yuddh Ke, leave us quite emotional, and impressed.
The lead actors are effortless- be it Purab Kohli, Satyadeep Mishra, Sandhya Mridul or Amrita Puri. The female characters are shown to be powerful.
The show has managed to impress us in its starting episodes itself, The narration is gripping and it keeps you guessing what will happen next.
The show timing is little bit late in night, but this one is not to be missed.
