Congratulations! Bannet Dosanjh from Punjab is the winner of the very first India ‘s Rising Star 2017. He has chosen winner of this show by crores Indians who voted for him, here experts had not choice to vote. Bannet Dosanjh from Punjab has shown his exceptional talent through out Rising Star journey.
it was expected that Bannet will be the winner of show as there was a buzz on social media. Along with the Rising Star winning Trophy Bannet Dosanjh will get a prize money of 20 Lakh and playback singing contract.
While the first runner-up was Maithili Thakur, the second runner-up was Ankita Kundu. The first season witnessed three contestants Maithili Thakur, Bannet Dosanjh and Ankita Kundu battle it out to win the title of India’s First Rising Star.
Overall the First Rising Star grand finale was a fun filled with star guest Anil Kapur. Raghav Juyal gave a wonderful dance performance and on the request of Shankar mahadevan Chang sang a beautiful song.
The finale saw the glimpse of India Banega Manch show live from Kolkata. Also the finale saw the Dhakkad performance of Chhote Miyan Dhakad kids as well as performances of Rising Star’s eliminated contestants Vikramjeet Singh, Afsana, Ameya.
And last but not the least, A big thanks to Raghav and Chang for their fun-filled comedy which did not let a single dull moment.
